We share it only as needed to work on your sale: for example with a title company, an attorney, a contractor who prices repairs, or an investment partner who may purchase or be assigned the purchase agreement, and with service providers who host this website or deliver our messages. We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access, correct or delete your information, by replying to any message from us or replying STOP to a text.
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored with restricted access.
